​Why this website?
Self-expression, therapy, the need for creativity, hobby. 

Why did I start now (2017)? Life has taken us to the Far East, to China,  and this made it possible to spend my free time doing things that I didn't have time for before, stuck in the daily treadmill.

One of these things was a combination of writing, creativity, and traveling - and my website was born. At first, I just wanted to write about my travels in China, but then I got hooked and decided to keep going. Sometimes I joke with my kids that, in addition to photos and memories, this will also be part of their inheritance. Even if they don't appreciate it now, I hope they will later.
 

The website mainly presents our travels. Through my filter, our feelings and experiences.

Subjective? Yes, why shouldn't it be?

 

We are neither extreme, nor nomadic, nor backpackers. We are an average family - sometimes just a few of us, sometimes all of us - who  want to see as much of the world as possible.
